Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms were surprisingly large for a Japanese hotel, which was a nice surprise, though the initial room was small and noisy. The service, including room service, housekeeping, and other amenities, was lovely and helpful. The location was fantastic, though a bit off the beaten trail. The dining experience was quite reasonably priced for the luxury offered, maybe because it's a bit secluded. The facilities were modern and well-kept, offering a great value for money overall.
The hotel was excellent, with clean and well-appointed rooms, but the decor was a bit old and dated. The service was top-notch, with very friendly and attentive staff who assisted us with check-in and even helped change our flight reservation. The location, though not central, was near Waseda University and offered easy access to various food options and subway lines. The dining experience was nice but could have had a wider selection of food. The facilities were well-maintained, but the pricing seemed a bit high even with discounts applied.
The hotel rooms were spacious, with a gorgeous view of the garden. I appreciated having a window to circulate fresh air into the room. The facilities were phenomenal, though I found them a bit stingy in some aspects.
Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms offered a beautiful view over the garden and the iconic Waseda campus. The complimentary cell phone with Google maps saved us from roaming charges, which was a pleasant surprise and incredibly helpful for our family of four, including two young children. The service was friendly and efficient, making our check-in and check-out smooth. The location, while peaceful, felt a bit isolated, but it was still close to popular areas like Shibuya and Shinjuku. The dining experience, though not perfect, was good value for money. A few improvements could enhance the stay even more.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were quite spacious and nicely furnished in an old style, plus the soundproofing was excellent. The free cell phone with Google Maps was a handy surprise that saved us from roaming charges. However, the location was a bit further than expected, making it less convenient for exploring on foot.
My stay at the hotel was almost perfect. The room was well presented, immaculate, and the bed and shower were nice. The suite had generous proportions, although it only had 2 towels and 2 pillows. The decor was beautiful, and the view of the garden from the seating section was spectacular.
